 note = {What humanity is facing now evokes us the story of Prometheus who brought the heavenly fire to mankind. Bound to the top of the mountain for his fault, he had to suffer every day his liver devoured by an eagle. This Greek metaphor came into reality by the Fukushima accident of3.11. In fact the fire burning in the nuclear plant is not natural but the one which has not been in the ecosystem of Nature.
The human civilization is on the turning point. Or we may say it arrived the point of return. Just after 3.11,the Japan Society for Global System and Ethics issued an urgent appeal as follows;},
