 note = {In the year 1976, the Fourth king of Bhutan, Jigme Singye Wangchuck (reign1972-2006) declared after the conference of fifth nonaligned countries, in Colombo “Gross National Happiness (GNH) is more important than Gross National Product (GNP)” He was just 21 years old. at that time. After that Bhutan is the symbol of the country of GNH. Every time when discussed about Happiness, Bhutanese GNH is one of the important concept of happiness. From 2008 Bhutan reform the administration system to Parliamentairsm. And 2008 published the constitution. And in 2010, Bhutanise prime minister Jigme Y. Thinley decleared in UN Conference, GNH is more important than GDP, so UN should declear the importance of GNH. So, GNH is famous keyword of Happiness. Now, Happiness is the trend of social movement, OECD propose happiness index every year. And I (Terue Ohashi) work on happiness index HSM (Human Satisfaction Measure) for more than 10 years. Ohashiʼ s HSM included reduetion of younger generationʼ s unempleyment rate and poverty rate. I think itʼs not fare society old person enjoy happy, by the younger generationʼs burden. My HSM include the younger generationʼs unemployment rate and poverty rate. By the way GNH country Bhutan is happiest country in the world or not. I tried the reliety of 20 prefecture of Bhutan.Bhutan is the very country with big ups and down, not smooth and frat. And temperature is very changeable. But Bhutanese people help each other by the religion. The Percentage of volunteer and donation is higher than Japan or Progressive Countries. And Bhutanese people has three religious faith. (1) In family, Community, Work place, school help each other, That is toled social safty net. (95. 1%) (2) The Most Important in life is Family life (95. 1%) (3) It is also important to keep tradition of Bhutan (98. 9%) This 3 are very helpful for happy and calm life of Bhutan. We Japanese shold use our spiritual Side of our life.},
