内容記述 | Technique or art is the backbone of culture in a broad sense which was invented by humans to survive in the harsh environment several millions years ago. Humans as the inner nature formed and protected by culture could adjust the relationship between themselves and the environment i.e.the outer nature. Originally humans were embedded in the nature as a whole but the culture extracted humans from the nature. The nature was divided into the inner and the outer one. Technique can develop by itself because of its nature that it can be changed, accumulated on and substituted for the former one, and fused with the other technique. Technique changed very slowly in the Paleolithic era, but after "the Neolithic (agricultural)revolution",which happened about ten thousand years ago and especially after the advent of civilization, which was built on the advanced technique and appeared on earth only five thousand years ago, changed more and more rapidly because of the nature of technique suggested above and the close relationships with the area of culture in a narrow sense together with the social, political and economic areas of civilization. Technique is merely an area of culture in a narrow sense but it becomes more and more active and independent as it works on both natures. The civilization constructed on the firm technique was a new culture which the interaction of the inner nature and the outer nature yielded but is now destroying both natures with its strong power. If we compare the civilization especially the modern one with the precivilization we can get to the bottom of the civilization i.e. high-handed technique. The post civilization should restore the good relationship between the two natures divided by the current exploitative civilization. If we fail to construct such civilization we cannot survive any more. |
